Established in March 2007 and registered in the Lalitpur CDO office, the Nepal Youth Forum is mobilising the youth of Nepal to bring about lasting social change ensuring that peace turns to real reconciliation and that Nepal evolves into a country of equal rights irrespective of historical caste, a country where everyone unquestionably respects the rights of every other person.
               NYF intends to leverage its media (radio, television and news print) expertise as an enabler for this change but also, within the coming two years, to establish youth exchange programmes across the country and an annual youth conference both with the objectives of encouraging social integration across caste boundaries.
