• To seek the possible ways to work towards NYF VMGOs.
• Develop annual/quarterly and monthly work plan.
• Initiate project proposals as required taking direction from EC, Program Manager, Producers and Advisors.
• Write project proposals, concept notes.
• Develop project (action) plan, in liaison with EC, Program and Production Managers, Producers and relevant stakeholders (including donors and Funding agencies)  
• Communicate regularly with EC, national secretariat and other members of team.
• Establish working relationship of NYF with other civil society organizations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual report to meet the reporting requirements
• Communicate regularly with executive committee, national secretariat and other members of the team.
• To seek the possible way to be self sustain (Funding possibilities).
